Care Plan
As part of the services we provide a person-centred care plan to meet the needs of our service users. We work with multi agencies at all professional levels including families and support workers to provide a person-centred care plan with the best possible care and support.
Learning Disabilities
We embrace people that find it harder to learn certain life skills. The problems experienced vary from person to person, but may include aspects such as learning new things, communication, managing money, reading, writing, or personal care.
Mental Illness
We provide services for our service users to Include personality disorder, autism, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, autism spectrum.
At Care Connexions UK we cater for all mental illnesses. We also provide weekly therapeutic care services for our service users to engage in activities that will facilitate and equip their mental wellness.
Respite Care
We provide respite care for families who wish to take a well-deserved break from the efforts of caring tirelessly for a loved one. This can be planned or an emergency respite.
We have qualified and skilled support workers who work 24 hours to meet the needs of all our service user and can be assured of good quality services that will put their minds at ease.
